Chico demonstrates an exceptional ability to develop close relationships with people  from many different cultures and  backgrounds. Displaying great  communications skills, he’s proven adept at navigating his way through complex  negotiations while delivering on strict  deadlines. Chico works extremely hard at  providing the very best solutions to achieve great outcomes for customers, he is always willing to go the extra mile and prides himself on his professionalism and  attention to detail. Chico has built a  reputation for being approachable, reliable  and conscientious and he brings 20 years of  experience in sales and marketing to the table.

Carla O’Neil began her career in the event management and marketing space, gaining unparalleled experience in sales and  marketing, and establishing herself as a  respected Senior Event Manager then  General Manager over recent years.  Currently working as a Sales and Marketing Consultant for Harcourt Cooper & Co in the Milford office, Carla is widely known for her integrity, high attention to detail and  ability to problem solve. She is a decidedly  organised multi-tasker with excellent  communication skills, while keeping strong ethics, trust and honesty at the forefront.

Troy Flavell is a high performing individual that strives for excellence across all fields. Highly motivated and an extremely driven  professional he strives for exceptional  results in everything he puts his mind too.  Growing up with a building background,  Troy has been pivotal in large land acquisitions, residential and commercial  building projects and has specialised in sub-divisions, reclads, rebuilds and high  end renovations both locally and abroad over the past 22 years.

Stephanie is the backbone of our team, she helps make the day to day operations of running our team smoothly and very efficiently. Her role of Marketing Co-Ordinator has her working very closely with the team to make sure all marketing material and the processing of legal and sale and purchase documents are completed and done correctly.

Kristina’s strong work ethic, determined attitude, enthusiasm and motivation have been key attributes to her success to date. She runs the 4th top Harcourts office in the world and runs a team of around 70 people who she continually pushes to be the very best in our industry. Maree is one of those agents who is consistently in our top 10 and who regularly gets record prices for her clients.

Sam is passionate about the auction process. He is a firm believer that his job is to achieve the maximum sale price and not the minimum the vendor will accept. He views each auction as a different and unique experience where one solution does not fit every situation and tailors his approach to the circumstances. Sam goes out of his way to have an in-depth knowledge of each individual property that comes under his hammer.

Award winning, prepared to go the extra mile, doing what other auctioneers are not prepared to do and having an attitude of gratitude have contributed to Andrew becoming one of the most sought-after auctioneers throughout the country. Andrew is an integral member of the Harcourts Cooper and Co auctioneering team, leading the “on site” auction business on the North Shore. He has the ability to relax and read a crowd and is committed to creating an amazing experience for all in attendance.
