Chico did an amazing job for us at every step of the process in selling our property. When Chico originally assessed our house, he had some good ideas on the remodeling I wanted to do – what was worth the time and money, and what wasn’t. I think one of the key aspects was his realistic pricing of the house. He gave good examples and good reasoning for his estimation of where the market stood.
